Anolon Smart Stack Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan Set / Skillet Set - 8.5 Inch and 10 Inch, Black

Title says it all. We use it on a gas range and it works great. Heats evenly and cooks as expected.

I have used this skillet for the better part of a year now to cook scrambled eggs, usually at least twice a week. I think it probably has the best non-stick performance of the many pans I have had over the years. This one is non-stick without any help such as added oil, and seems to be maintaining its state better than most. I use this on an induction plate, and it works well. The deep form factor is nice too. However, I am not too excited about the handle design. It is not uncomfortable, but the hook to allow the pan to stack with others isn't a helpful feature when I don't have other pans to stack with it. I thought I would need to cut it off, but it hasn't proven enough of a nuisance to do so. Also this one arrived with a slight chip in the coating surface from handling, I doubt it was from the manufacturer, since most of my Amazon packages arrive pretty beat up in my rural location. I almost sent the pan back, but I'm glad I didn't. The chip thankfully hasn't affected function. I will probably buy this one again if/when it wears out.

This is a great pan, stays flat, wipes clean, washes clean with dawn or in dish washer. Worth the extra money and I guess I will pitch the T-Fal frying pans. 1 of the glass lids exactly fits the Anolon.

The second is the price – while the pans are high-quality and well-made, I do feel like they're a bit pricey compared to similar products on the market.Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with the Anolon Smart Stack Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan Set. It's a high-quality and versatile set that's easy to use and clean, but the handle and the price are a couple of drawbacks.

I like that this is pan is so durable, you can tell it is made better than 90% of the nonstick pans available. Happy with my purchase.

I bought this set as a gift for my sister and her husband and they absolutely love these pans. I’ve actually cooked on these a few times when visiting my sister and I’m sad that I don’t have these for myself! They are definitely nonstick and easy to clean. I love that these pans do not have a screw head where the handle attachment is, which makes it super easy to clean.On a side note, the other day my brother in law was about to cook breakfast, but he got distracted and left the pan on the lit gas range for about 20+ minutes with nothing in it. He tried to cook eggs on it when he came back, but they just stuck to the pan. Shocker. Lol. My sister and I washed it and discovered that he messed up the nonstick coating. My sister loves this product so much that she immediately bought another set of these. The take away is... don’t leave this pan on a lit gas range with nothing in it for a long time because it’ll ruin the nonstick coating.

Splurged on this plan 4.11.23. After less than 1yr. it began to stick. I followed all instructions. Never put in dishwasher or used metal utensils. Last week, I contacted company with concern and pictures. No response. I will never buy from this company ever again.

This is a great pan so far. Too early to tell if it will stand up to wash and wear

i am waiting for the kitchen to be renovated and part of that is an induction cook top. however i have a portable induction single cook top. i merely did the simple fried egg test and it did it perfectly. can't wait to cook steak and chops etc to really test it out but i am sure it will excel in all areas.

Very easy to clean I don't have to put it in my dishwasher. I'm able to fry eggs without any oil. These are excellent frying pans. I wish I had these before I purchased the Teflon coated pans.

It is light weight it's very easy to handle, definitely non-stick I can fry an egg without any oil, easy to manually clean, heat is evenly distributed it's easy to fry an omelet or pancakes. Don't waste your money buying cheaper brands like I did before. I highly recommend buying this Anolon Frying Pans (and pots).
