Well worth the extra cost in my opinion.
Firm and highly supportive, with adjustable foam to cater to individual needs. However, I have found it to be very comfortable as it is.One observation I made upon receiving the pillow was that it appeared slightly higher than a normal or standard pillow.

Think about your pillowcases too?
Bought for neck soreness and tested. Really nice feel. Adjusted content and easy to do.Update: Several weeks of use and it is comfortable and does what it says. The pillowcase is perfect size from Linen Cupboard see below. However, it is supposed to be 45x70cm. I don't think this includes the mesh depth/sides and measured it including that depth and got 50x75cm. My standard pillowcase constrained the Simba pillow so it was hard even when I took out a substantial quantity of filling. It also changed the whole point of the adaptive filling.A search led me to The Linen Cupboard in Yorkshire who make other sized pillows and cases. Got their "oversize" standard pillowcase of 56 x 81 in Egyptian cotton to resolve the problem. Thank you Linen Cupboard.Factor in the extra pillowcase expenses when buying. Lost a star rating for the faff and expense.

Adjustable thickness crush resistant pillow
Delivered promptly as well protected parcel. This pillow was chosen as its thickness is adjustable thus meeting my neck problem. On unpacking the actual pillow was inside a black fabric zip up bag with the zip tied shut. The pillow has a pillow protector style cover with a zip closer at one end. Ventilation fabric runs round all four sides. It is good quality and adequately strong. Washing instructions included. The final section of the pillow uses a relatively light fabric holding the stuffing which is packed in tight. The stuffing is 10 mm foam cubes. The foam is fairly dense and recovers immediately when crushed. The pillow hardness is on a par with a down filled pillow.. For my use some four handfuls of stuffing have been removed. A bag is included for storing removed stuffing but is too small. This pillow is used inside an ordinary pillow slip. In use the pillow does not feal lumpy from the foam filling. Possible down side. If the pillow would be subject to strong sunlight the manufactures spec does not say if the foam filling is uv resistent.

Not for me but Simba have other options that might be better
I recently decided to splurge on the Simba Hybrid® Pillow, and I've got some thoughts to share. As someone who's always on the hunt for the perfect pillow, I was intrigued by the customizable height and temperature-regulating features. So, let's dive in!First things first, the adjustability is a nice touch. The pillow comes with these little foam cubes that you can add or remove to find your ideal level of support. It's a cool concept, and I appreciate the option to tailor the pillow to my preferences. Plus, the whole thing is machine washable, which is a big plus in my book. No more struggling to keep my pillows clean and fresh! However, I've got to be honest—this pillow is pretty pricey. I mean, for what it is, it's a serious investment. And while I really wanted to love it, I found that it just didn't provide the level of support I needed. I'm a side sleeper, and I often struggle with neck pain, so I was hoping this pillow would be the answer to my prayers. But after a few nights of trying to make it work, I ended up going back to my trusty old pillow. That being said, I didn't give up on Simba entirely. I decided to try their firm hybrid pillow, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. The extra support has made a world of difference for my neck, and I've been sleeping like a baby ever since. So, while the original Simba Hybrid Pillow might not have been the right fit for me, I'm still a fan of the brand. In the end, if you're looking for a high-end, customizable pillow and you're willing to splurge, the Simba Hybrid Pillow might be worth a shot. Just keep in mind that it may not work for everyone, especially if you need a lot of support. And if you're a side sleeper like me, you might want to check out their firm option instead. Happy snoozing!

Versatile, comfort and lots of cubes.
I’m really enjoying adding and taking out the nano cubes to create my perfect pillow. I’m nearly there. I think this is a great concept as let’s me explore all options. I was amazed by the amount of cubes that came with the pillow. Given that I have very few, I have enough to make another one for my husband by using a zip mattress protector to house the cubes. As the main pillow case is very large, I think it’s slightly over sized when trying to get it in my standard pillow case, which for me means less nanotubes in my pillow. It’s an expensive purchase, but I think it’s worth it for the versatility it brings. And of course it’s very comfortable and you have no feeling of the cubes at all, just softness.

Expensive, Uncomfortable, and Useless – Poor Customer Service
I’ve been using this pillow on and off for several months, alternating with my cheaper memory foam pillow, and I can confidently say this was a huge mistake. Every time I sleep on it, I wake up with neck pain and stiffness. For the price, I expected way better support and comfort, but it just doesn’t deliver.Meanwhile, my £20 memory foam pillow does a much better job—no pain, no discomfort, just a good night's sleep. To make things worse, I even contacted customer service, hoping for some kind of solution, but they were completely unhelpful. At this point, I think I’m just going to throw this one away because it’s not worth the hassle. Definitely not worth the money!
