Seems to be well built. the light settings are very practical - high, low, red. and on low, the light can easily last over night. the instructions seem to imply that this is a 4400mAh battery for the light, and then a 2200 mAh rating for recharging another device. but for me, I will use only as a tent light. and longest hours possible between recharges is the most important feature i need. having an overhead light is so much better than just trying to use handheld flashlights all the time inside a tent. be careful to compare the battery size with the price of the MANY makers of similar lights.
