These blocks make a regular appearance in my workout routine. Includes a flyer with exercise ideas. I'm mainly using these to help me with my balance.

These pads are even more versatile than stated in the description: placing them short end to short end creates a pad wide and long enough to do tandem (one foot in front of the other) balance exercises! And, when placed side by side making the pad pictured in the promo info, many other balance exercises can be done with the same kind of experience as my therapist has me do during therapy sessions as an outpatient. These pads will also work great for doing regular home exercises (classical stretch essentrics/yoga/pilates) when a "block" is needed for proper positioning for floor exercises. So much better than a pillow! Although I have only used them for 3 days, their design quality and firmness of foam is very comparable to what i use at physical therapy sessions. Original instructions state "best to use bare feet" and that is what I do. Not sure how well they would hold up with the added friction of tennis shoes and socks only would likely interfere with stability when standing on them. The supplier provided very speedy delivery, packing was good and easy to open. I highly recommend this item for a higher quality balance exercise experience!

Sturdy

Just what I wanted.

I returned my first shipment because the velcro was coming off of the foam and the foam had permanent dents that made me slide off the edges when working out. I thought it was damaged in shipping, but the replacement also had the velcro coming off. The velcro sticks horribly to your workout clothes and shreds them. It looks awful with gaps in the adhesive, and then the velcro adhesive completely pulled off of one piece. I wish the velcro was better because the foam is a perfect density and very comfortable as a support surface. This set just isn't holding up very well unfortunately.

difficult one , they would possibly be ok but the ones i received seem to be falling apart within days which i found unacceptable so i returned them

Item seems great, strong enough material to provide real support. However when I opened them the corner of one of the pads was damaged. There was no damage to the packaging it came in and shows no sign of 'springing back' to it's original shape
