Value for money! It was easy to assemble.Piece chipped off! Think I was a bit to rough. But it's worth the price!

I purchased this for use as a beside table.It arrived flat packed. There are instructions but, to be honest, they are not clear and you don't actually need them. It's not hard to assemble. There are seven component parts for the table itself and a further five for the drawer. Assembly requires no tools; the pieces are precision cut and are pressed into slots. This needs a little bit of care as the material is fibreboard, so too much pressure can cause some damage. If you take care to check the tabs match the slots beforehand you should have no bother. A fair whack with the heel of the hand is enough to secure each joint. Five small screws (small phillips head) are supplied to secure the drawer handle and to make the drawer more robust.This is a pretty little item. It's sturdy enough but very lightweight.

Would love to add pictures here to show where the weakness in this design lies during assembly. As many have already stated the instructions are just 1 sheet with some half dozen pictures on. So already you need to stop and think before proceeding. Each panel has slots and/or nodules in a kind of fat letter T. The fat Ts are meant to be pushed into the slots but it is so easy to break around the slot area when doing this. The best way is to place the panel with the slots onto the floor and then push down the flat T parts into it. However, there were times when my full 85kg weight was not enough, so I had to reverse the process and this is when those slot areas are prone to damage. I ended up damaging 3 of the slots on the 2 large side panels simply because I could not force them into place. The unit itself is still sturdy enough despite this but still disappointing all the same.

I’ve tried assembling this and it doesn’t fit together either at all or very well. I gave up but damaged it by using a hammer to slot the pieces together because it wasn’t working with just my weight, it still didn’t work. It’s currently under my daughters bed - waste of money!EDITEDI tried assembling this again recently and I was able to put this together relatively easily actually. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t fit when I initially tried but this time I didn’t have a problem. The unit is relatively small For a bedside table but is nice, especially for a younger girls room. We’ve recently changed my daughters room around and now the unit on her chest of draws as a make up organiser. 👍

I ordered this for my 3 year old granddaughter for when she stays in her bedroom at grandparents , it’s great but flimy only because of the price, it’s beautiful just put hot glue in certain places, and we’ll worth it... I’m a person who makes sure she’s safe , it’s lovely because of her age trust goes along way 👍

Easy to assemble though had to first work out that the boards were of different sizes and the largest at to be the base. Aside from that, was very quick to assemble, sturdy and perfect for my daughter's bedroom. It is small so don't expect much in terms of storage capacity.It would have got a 5 start rating but sadly one of the boards arrived with a chip in it. Not great and have hid that part at the back.

I am leaving a review based on this will be used in guest bedroom therefore having little use.Dislike: it is lightweight material. It says wood in description but if it is wood it is very very light. There are no assembly instructions. It slots together like a jigsaw puzzle it's fairly easy to sort what goes where with care. I would be returning this if buying for constant use in a main bedroom.Like: price is great for my personal usage. It looks good.If I was buying to use in a main bedroom my star ratings would be very different.
