Time consuming process.
I replaced the Trans Filters when I replaced the stock trans pan with an aluminum aftermarket pan. This is a time consuming job as the stock pan does not have a drain plug. The original trans pans uses a silicone gasket which is difficult to unseal without making a giant mess. The filters looked exactly like the original filters and installed easily once the pan was removed. I like using the provided rubber gasket instead of the silicone, much easier, less mess, no leaks. Have plenty of Trans Fluid available, I used 8 quarts.

not an OEM part
the seal worked well, better than sealant. The filters are not OEM. the pickup tube is in the wrong place and you can not use it with original transmission pan.

Better
Bought to replace another brand. So far this kit is much better. Don’t waste money on a cheaper kit as you will have to replace amyway

Screw on filter did NOT FIT
The screw on filter DID NOT FIT... Had to buy the filter and I bought a OEM filter. It cost as much as this whole kit. I did get my money returned but I'm just making a statement that the screw on filter DID NOT FIT

Works like it should and fit like it should!!!
Fit my 2013 Ram 2500 Laramie 6.7 Cummins with 68RFE. Did it myself with minimal tools-easy to do. 8mm on trans Pan screws and T25 torx Star bit on filter. Truck still had originally filters-changed them out the first time at 149k miles (other owners didn’t before me...shame on you). Truck now shifts smoother..of corse!!!!!! and I have piece of mind it has been done. These filters are not mopar parts but same quality so works like it should plus not as expensive. Comes with big gasket for pan and an o-ring for filter that took some convincing to remove from truck to get new one in...everything fit perfectly. Took 11 quarts to fill transmission pan back up....(10 quarts of ATF+4 and 1 quart of transmission fluid additive to aid in recovery).

Be careful with o-ring.
Product was OEM. Fit great but be careful when replacing brass o ring. Other then that get some aviation gasket. Brush it on and it will hold great while you tighten it up.
