BBQ Glove Withstands Heat Up to 932F-EN407 Standard Level3, Oven Glove (Gift Packaging, 1 Pair)

I have seen these(or ones like them) on TV. After receiving one as a gift years ago, I wanted to get me some more. These came as a set & I love them! They do not fit my hands exactly but they DO Fit. They are snug on my fingers & do not move when in use. All hands are not alike & have to say that I'm glad these are bigger as regular gloves are too tight on me. I felt this important to mention because this is an issue for many people(we don't live in a cookie cut out size 6 world) They work great & I use them frequently in the kitchen. Hubby can use them too, so it is a plus! I would recommend these for friends & family.

These are not driving gloves or cold weather gloves therefore shouldn’t fit your hand snugly like those! These are big for quick on/off in the kitchen. I have very small hands and I LOVE these! Thought nothing could replace my old Ove Gloves I had for 20+ years but were finally ready for retirement. Sooooo glad I got these! I’m a professional baker in a very busy kitchen and sometimes I will have to wait for an employee to pass in front of me while I’m holding a tray of hot cookies or cake layers before I can put them on the speed rack. Can’t feel one bit of heat through these gloves. Haven’t given them the 15-minute test but if you’re walking/standing with something hot for THAT long I’d say invest in some counter space or a more organized room in general! Fantastic buy; worth every penny. Will purchase again for home.

I purchased the original Ove Glove quite a few years ago. It worked well and has served it's purpose for many years. It is still useable but probably slightly less effective after multiple washings and normal use. I had always wished that I had purchased a pair rather than a single glove. When I saw these Gulife Oven Gloves for sale as a pair, I thought they sounded perfect. I hoped that these would be as good as my faithful old Ove Glove. I am absolutely impressed by the quality and construction of these gloves. They are actually much thicker and heavier duty than my original Ove Glove. They also have the improved feature of the silicone added to the front and back of both gloves and this helps with grip. Anyone who may have doubts about these gloves being an inferior copy of the original, I can assure you that these are of excellent quality and are very effective. These are infinitely better and safer than trying to use a towel or pot holder. I highly recommend this product.

To get straight to the point, these gloves work great for what they are intended to do. Heat resistance is great and they are constructed really well. However, as you can see, the photo of my hand vs. the photo of the gentleman’s hand in another review, is quite different. I would definitely call these a men’s small/medium. Unfortunately many women’s hands are much smaller than this and most men’s hands are larger. I think trying to make a “middle size” was a good idea in theory but they end up fitting very few people. Just my opinion. Obviously hands come in many sizes and offering even a small, med, and large option would be awesome. These gloves work great but being so large, they make the task of handling hot items very cumbersome and make my hands feel clumsy. I would purchase another pair of these but I just can’t stand how big they are.

This is now my favorite grill tool! I had ones that were plastic and bought these after I misplaced those. These have a much better "feel," which is really important for quickly handling the food. They are great for flipping steaks, chops, chicken, etc. When grilling veggies that need to be turned, I'll use a spatula underneath and this glove on top.Also nice for handling the chimney starter without having to be so careful, and I'll even use them to move coals around.With the plastic gloves, I didn't have a feel for the food, so I needed two hands and had to concentrate on it more. And forget about locking the door behind me! These are much better.The only thing I'm not sure of is how they handle hamburgers. I'd think you'd still want to flip them with a spatula because hamburger meat is more fragile, but these are great for rolling hot dogs on the grill!That it comes with 2 gloves was a necessary bonus! You should definitely have 2 of these - 1 for each hand.I washed them once so far and seems fine.

These withstand the test....I had an iron skillet in the oven at 450 degrees. I put these gloves on and took it out of the oven and held it for about 1 minute and never felt the heat. I thought they were kind of big at first but I am so used to them that it doesn't even effect the use of them. I kinda like them bigger now. I weigh 125 and have small hands. They work great and wash up perfectly so far.

Great quality but I am downgrading to three stars simply because they are too small for what I think of as an average size hand for a man. I fail to understand why the company works not offer at least two sizes. Women will live these gloves. For many men, they are tough to get on and are uncomfortable to wear. I’m hoping they will stretch with time.

I've gone through just about every type of oven mitt there is. The "old fashioned, material" style always tend to wear through without me realizing until I reach for a pan and it burns the heck outta my hand in one teeny spot on the oven mitt! And the silicone style are great for protecting your hands from the heat, but not exactly flexible. I have very small hands, and they always end up feeling bulky and cumbersome, making it hard to handle hot items (especially cookie sheets). These glove style oven mitts are PERFECT! They are slightly roomy on my small hands, but they're flexible enough to make even grabbing a baked potato off the oven rack a cinch! I also liked that the company followed up with me via email following my Amazon purchase of their oven glove with recommended washing instructions, etc. That was such a great touch! I would highly recommend these. They're sturdy and well made, and they really do the job.
