I used the hosepipe around 3 times and the inner tube split. I contacted the seller who were very prompt and replaced the hosepipe. Unfortunately the second hosepipe only lasted another 3-4 times of use. I gave up and didn't bother to contact the seller again, thinking they probably won't believe me if I did. I really would like one of these to last as I find them very useful. I am going to try to find a thicker one as this one appears to be quite thin, in terms of diameter of the pipe. Overall I can't fault the customer service and they were very prompt and professional.

Would give this no stars if possible.The fist one ripped away from the tap fitting, showering me !. it was replaced quickly, the new one will not stay on the tap if turned on full so is useless, have requested a refund !

I love this sort of hose. It doesn’t take much room when not in use and it stretches, although not as much as stated so we bought the longest one this time and gave the last one away (possibly bought from a different vendor but I expect the same applies) But it doesn’t tangle as muchThe only drawback is that it doesn’t slide along the lawn like the plastic hose, so I have to go back and get it every now and then. My tip is to start furthest away from the tap and work back towards it, but you will still have to carry it at times. It’s because it’s fabric rather than rubber, so I doubt anything can be done to make that easier.All in all, though, it’s a very good buy.

On first use it broke. Attachment to the tap is what broke which is fixed to the hose and assume this is due to the plastic quality.Also, the gun quality is poor. It has 7 settings and the only ones that worked properly was shower and jet.Shame about those two points raised as was hopeful it would have been an awesome hose. First time I've wrote a negative review.

I've been using my 150ft hosepipe for the last few weeks, it is so easy and light to use. The length is ideal, as it will reach to the end of both back and front gardens. If this weather holds up it will be worth it's weight in gold to me. The price is excellent as well.

all of these suffer after a while but for the price paid, no complaints. best to go for the cheapest and replace when necessary. Would never consider regular hose after this, easy to store and handle.

The hose sprouted a leak and was then useless the first time I used it. These "magic" hoses are a great idea but have no durability. As the hose was cheap I didn't bother entering into an exchange with the seller (no reflection on them) as I thought a better use of my time would be to go and find a replacement conventional hose of more sturdy design.

This is an inferior manufacture. The outside fabric will wear very quickly leading to the inside latex hose to swell and bubble then burst under pressure. Better paying for a hozelock. More expensive but you will get 5 years use out of it.
