Superb writing, the writing style was simply amazing. The story will make you feel like it all happened as like this, as it all was merged with real people and most importantly when the book was written more than 70 years ago, the author has known all the characters individually and their own history. Nowadays, it was easy with Internet and wiki, but before 70 years it really needs a lot of reading and ground work as to know all the characters life history. Knowing every one's life history and their own words, sayings, and songs and merging and blending in the right areas is simply outstanding. Knowing the characters individual life history will also surprise you how accurately he merged those characters in his book. A must read...

Awesome plot one of must reads. Book looks very neat and well binded. I have read somewhere in comments that it has 2 books. But I received ONE book contains all four parts. But they have binded pretty neat so it’ll not tear apart easily. Thanks Amazon

at first I thought of discontinuing the pursuit of completing, it was such a sluggish start. as you flip pages it will pick up momentum. at the closing pages when the troops march towards Vadhabi and conquer, amarar Kalki's narration have reached new level of heights.. I would rate this as par with Ponniyin Selvan

After reading Sandilyan's work.I find that this books is going at a slower pace. Even Parthiban Kanavu and Ponniyan selvan are excellent. But this according to me was at slower pace

Paper Quality and VFM is too Good..It has COMPLETE volumes in ONE bookOnly issue is its tooo Bulky(Like Bible) So difficult to Carraround or Read in Bed by holding in hands
