Sore shoulders and texting neck??? Yes - I get that all the time and add in a lot of tennis and Pickleball I'm usually popping this in the microwave to offer my ouchies some relief. I love that it covers a larger area than just a spot treatment sized heating pad. This truly is a wrap. AND it can be used for heat or cold therapy!! The texture is super soft too...and I can say with as much as I've used it - man does it hold it!

If I could give this wrap 100 stars I would. WOW it is wonderful. I have very bad cervical spine issues and the nurse at Neurosurgeons office recommended getting one of the. So great cause so soft and it’s weighted perfectly but not stiff like so many are. It fits just like described. And the aromatherapy is a lovely added touch. To have a wrap that covers neck shoulders so well is such a blessing for me. I can actually lay in bed, it doesn’t slide and is not too bulky laying on a pillow. Well thank you for an awesome product that will be so helpful in addition to pain management for my cervical spine issues.

This is my third one of these in 6 years. Works well, smells great and lasts a long time-I use it multiple times per day!

Perfect shape for what I’m using it for! It helps relieve neck and shoulder pain after working all day. Has a perfect shape as it goes up the back of your neck. It stays in shop and because of it being weighed some, it doesn’t move he I do (usually).I love the cold so I do wish it stayed colder longer and I have not tried it hot but hoping I’m going to order soon to have one for cold and on for heat, which I think would be easier to have two for that!I recently broke my collar bone and it has done wonders. Only other that, is th weight of it on that area, as I just had to adjust to fit without hurting the collarbone.

So, four stars for pain relief because heat can only do so much. But it does absolutely help encourage tense muscles to soften, and invites me to take 10 minutes to relax. (Would be soothing in chilly weather too!) It warms evenly and quickly in the micro (ours is 1000W and it takes about a minute 15). Holds heat quite a while. Drapes with a bit of weight over full shoulder, back of neck and between upper shoulder blades too. The lavender scent is not fake (I HATE fake lavender scent!!) This is light and creamy authentic lavender which is most noticeable right out of the micro and then either dissipates as it cools or I get used to the aroma. Fabric is super soft. Can't find any fault with it. Treat yourself or someone you love!

The only issue is that I don't have a microwave. But it works well from the freezer.

This little neck warmer has kept me warm on numerous days or nights when I had to go outside for one reason or another and the temperatures were below freezing. I just heated it up and put it on my neck and then put my coat on top and it kept me from feeling that supercold.Of course, I also like to wear this inside when just hanging out at my computer or on the couch. Basically any time when I could use a little extra warmth, this does the job.It does not take very long to heat up in the microwave. Just be careful not to overheat!Also, if it gets too hot, you don't want it directly on your skin, because it can burn. Make sure you are wearing something underneath or don't heat it as hot as you think you should.I got the lavender colour which I really love. The feel of the item is soft and it is flexible and fits well over my shoulders. I don't have to worry about it sliding to one side or slipping off.
