I purchased this in 2021 after years of searching, and it's still going strong. It's the perfect texture, I usually trim my nails with a straight clipper and then smooth and perfect the shape with this file, but it can also handle filing down on its own. I love that I can disinfect and clean it. I hope it comes back in stock because I want a dedicated one for travel, maybe a mini! Can't recommend it enough.
