Works perfect
I love these. We are going to Germany to visit my husband’s family and we tested it out, him speaking German and me English. We have been married for 25 years and for the first time I can have a real conversation with his mom. Also going to Italy.

They stopped working all together
I bought these recently to use on a trip overseas I was testing them today and they won't go on I tried charging and the green light is on but No Sound Whatsoever I assume they don't work so what do I do? Can I get a refund? Or can they be fixed These are not cheap !! ( Paid close to $100 ) Can anybody help? COMPANY PROMISED A NEW TRANSLATOR 1 MONTH AGO STILL WAITING FOR NEW TRANSLATOR

Used these 1 time, plug it in overnight to use them and as soon as I take them off the charger the light turns green like they are charged then red and wont turn on at all. Won't turn on won't charge. They are complete junk. Waste of money!!! I do not recommend these at all!!!

Excellent buy!
Bought this for my boyfriend, he works security gate for delivery trucks. A lot of the drivers speak many languages. The product comes with the forever package with all languages and offline mode. Clear easy to hear and understand the translation. You can share the buds or you can use the bud and they can tap your screen and speak. Very easy to set up and use!

Los auriculares durante el proceso de prueba y conocer su funcionalidad, se nos fue el tiempo de entender que uno de los audífonos no funcionaba y no tenemos tiempo para la devolución.Queremos conocer cómo podemos resolver este caso, ya que somos una empresa y solicitamos este equipo para uno de nuestros ejecutivos que iría de viaje. Pueden observar nuestro historial de compras por años con un solo caso de devolución. Por tal requerimos de ser posible, obtener una excepción y poder devolver o adquirir un sólo audífono que sí nos funcione.Agradecemos de antemano su receptividad al respecto.

I bought these so that I could communicate with my kitchen employees easier. So easy to set up and use. I use them every day. Itoik a chance even after the "frequently returned item" warning, a d I. So glad I did . A lot of the negative reviews sounded like user error. Also, I am an android user.
