It is a nice looking faucet,finished better than big name stuff.It works great and lots better water volume.I like it and would buy again.The price is great also.

Awesome! Beautiful detail to craftmanship and packaging as well as the price! Great instructions and installation was a breeze with very little effort. Impressive quality! Installed for 2 sinks in master bath. Loved the pop up drain vs the old pull up style on older original.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, removing the old plumbing is the hardest part. Included water lines were not long enough but was able to use the existing water lines. Smooth functioning handles, swivel is a little stiff but I would rather that than to have it move easily with a bump. No leaks for the faucet or the drain. This replaced a Moen bronze faucet, of which the finish was really looking bad, especially the drain. I don't expect the finish to be super durable on this one either but the price was good and it works well. At first the water flow was a little less powerful than I expected, then I remembered what another reviewer wrote and removed the aerator. Sure enough there was a gooey film on top of the aerator, cleaned that off and it works even better!

Faucet and parts were adequate to installing the fixture. It has a nice clean finish and over a year of use, it has worked well. I especially like swivel spout. My only negative is the drain plug that comes with it. It is a stand alone drain, meaning it is not attached to the faucet and has no pull lever to set or unset the drain plug. It was easy to install and works as ut should. The problem is that the internal mechanical parts cause frequent clogging. I thought it was the height of the plug from the sink but after cleaning it out it became obvious that the design if the internal parts was faulty. There wasn't much debris but it only seems to take a small amount of debris to cause it to drain very slowly. I will be looking for a replacement next.

simple to install and the product is designed well

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I would on this one. We needed a new bathroom faucet and this one for the bill. Two handled, brushed nickel. I thought it was attractive and the price was low enough I thought I would give it a shot. It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow but showed up today, a day early. I took it out of the box. It was packed very well, and the quality for the price was outstanding. Installation was very easy, and before long it was in and working wonderfully. My only complaint is that the spout on this bathroom faucet swivels. I've seen kitchen ones swivel, but not a bathroom. All I can think of is sitting on the thrown staring at it because someone left it pushed to the side and not centered. But that's on me. It's a great faucet. So good my wife wants to replace to one upstairs now too. So I guess I'm buying another one.

I ordered this, not thinking it would be of this quality. I had ordered a different faucet from a different company about 6 months back, just a few dollars cheaper and it was of poor quality. The other faucet was plastic, only metal was the actual spout. When this one came in... I had to wipe my eyes in disbelief. Not only was it of great quality, extremely sturdy. It even came with the drain and nice hoses that are even marked hot and cold. When I go to replace more faucets in my house, I will be buying from this company. Worth every cent. Easy install, anyone could do it. The only thing you need is some plumbers putty. I just used some caulking because I did not have any on hand. No Teflon tape needed.
