I started a bullet journal and needed something that I could paste pictures into my journal without worrying about them falling out or messing up the items I was pasting onto the pages. I used to use glue and that just wasn't working and I tries using double sided scotch tape but it was not adhesive enough and was somewhat hard to work with. This runner though makes it SOO easy to adhere my pictures and other paper materials to my journal and I know they will never fall out. I will never go back to using glue and double sided tape ever again honestly.
